Volunteering

          "Giving Strength Through Caring"

Our Vision: To increase our ability to care for one another so that all individuals are able to receive the support they need and are inspired to give back.

Volunteers are truly the heart and soul of Community Care Brighton.  Volunteer involvement throughout the organization is what allows us to deliver our many programs and services throughout the municipality.

Knowledgeable, supportive staff works to ensure that volunteers are provided with challenging and fulfilling work that utilized their unique skills, talents and interests.  Volunteers play an important role in all programs and levels of the organization.  As a Community Care volunteer, you will be helping seniors and adults with disabilities to overcome the challenges of daily living that most of us take for granted.  As a hospice volunteer, you will support people living with life threatening illness as well as their family, friends and caregivers.

Join the Community Care Brighton team of volunteers by committing as little as one hour a week.  To become a volunteer there is an interview process, police check and reference check.
