Municipality of Brighton Public Consultation - Street Name List
The Municipality of Brighton is undertaking a 60-day Public Consultation period regarding the establishment of a list for the naming of new streets in the Municipality.
Here is how residents can become involved...
- come up with a name that honors local history, helps to define the area, fosters civic pride, and strengthens the sense of community and,
- submit your name suggestion(s), before January 31, 2025 to rwarne@brighton.ca
- suggested names will be brought forward to Council to establish a list
Please note that only names submitted through email will be considered.
This List of Potential Street Names will serve the Municipality as a Council-approved list that developers can "choose from" rather than purpose their own names for streets.
