Experience an Evening of Jazz Music in Memorial Park on August 23
The Municipality of Brighton is excited to invite residents and visitors to an afternoon of live jazz music on Sunday, August 23, at Memorial Park. Featuring award- winning singers and musicians from Northumberland County, this free, family-friendly concert promises to be one of the highlights of the summer season.
The event begins at 4:30 p.m., giving attendees an opportunity to settle in, explore the park, and enjoy food from local vendors before the entertainment gets underway. Opening performances will begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by the featured Jazz Quartet at 6:00 p.m.
Comprised of talented local musicians, this Brighton-based jazz ensemble has performed at some of Toronto’s premier jazz venues and shared stages with internationally recognized artists. Quartet members include Tanya Wills, Bill Bridges, Ron Johnston, Kevin Coady, and Chris Devlin, each bringing a wealth of experience and artistry to the stage.
Join us as we welcome these outstanding musicians to Brighton and celebrate the vibrant local arts community with an unforgettable evening of live music in Memorial Park.
