Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety issued by Lower Trent Conservation - July 27 to July 31, 2026

Lower Trent Conservation advises municipalities and the public that a Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety has been issued for the local creeks within the Lower Trent Watershed region.

It is important to note that during this time high water levels, unsafe banks or other factors could be dangerous for recreational users and waterfront landowners. Although flooding is not expected, localized inundation of low-lying and poorly drained areas may be possible.

This Water Safety Statement for local creeks and streams will be in effect until Friday, July 31, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
