Interested in running in the 2026 Municipal Election? If you are passionate about making a difference in our community, pick up your candidate nomination papers:

 

In person: Visit the Clerk's Department at the Brighton Municipal Office, 35 Alice Street, during regular office hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.),

 

 

Online: Download the nomination package online

Nomination papers are being accepted until Friday, August 21 at 2:00 p.m. by appointment with the Deputy Clerk and Clerk for the offices of Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councillor.

Notice of Completion: Dundas Street, Brighton Water Booster Pumping Station Class Environmental Assessment (EA)

The Municipality of Brighton has identified a need for a new Water Booster Pumping Station to support future water demands in the northeast of Brighton.

Harbour, Walas and Marina Street Reconstruction

The scope of the project will include the full replacement of water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, curbs, sidewalks, asphalt pathway, asphalt surface to an urban standard.
