Volunteers assist with a variety of roles throughout the festival, helping create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for thousands of visitors. No matter your experience or availability, there's a place for you at Applefest.

Volunteering as an Organization?

Join the brand new Applefest Volunteer Partnership Program and make a meaningful impact in our community while gaining recognition for your organization. Businesses, community groups, service clubs, healthcare organizations, financial services, and student associations are invited to participate by providing a team of volunteers to help support Applefest.

Participating organizations receive recognition through:

• Post-event features on Brighton Applefest social media channels
• Recognition in event-day announcements
• Participating volunteers may wear their organization's branded attire with an Applefest Volunteer vest worn over top
• Photos taken of volunteer group during the event
• Opportunity to attend our volunteer appreciation evening on October 1st 2026 at Northumberland Fine Foods

Volunteer Reminders

• To be considered as a volunteer at Brighton Applefest you must complete the relevant registration form as listed above by September 18th, 2026.
• All volunteers will be invited to a Volunteer Appreciation event hosted at Northumberland Fine Foods on October 1st.
• Volunteer Partnership Program: the organization’s administrator is responsible for collecting and maintaining the emergency contact information for each individual volunteering on behalf of the organization.
• Volunteer Partnership Program: all online recognition associated with volunteer participation will be shared after September 26, 2026.
