Be an Applefest Sponsor!

The Applefest Steering Committee is pleased to invite local businesses and organizations to participate as sponsors for Applefest 2026, taking place from September 24–27, 2026. As one of Brighton’s most cherished annual events, Applefest brings together residents, visitors, and community partners to celebrate our town’s heritage, local agriculture, and vibrant small‑town spirit.

 We are currently seeking sponsors who share our commitment to community, celebration, and local pride and are pleased to offer a range of sponsorship packages designed to highlight your organization throughout the festival:

 Shuttle Bus Sponsor — $2,000 (1 available)

  • Recognition in all shuttle‑related promotional materials
  • Signage inside shuttle buses
  • Verbal recognition at Opening Ceremonies

 Hydration Station Sponsor — $1,500 (2 available)

  • Logo recognition in festival amenity promotions
  • Branded hydration station
  • Verbal recognition at Opening Ceremonies

 Stage Sponsor — $10,000 (1 available)

  • Prominent recognition in all entertainment promotions (“Applefest Stage powered by [Your Business Name]”)
  • Stage signage featuring your logo
  • Verbal recognition at Opening Ceremonies

 Apple Sponsor — $500 (4 available)

  • Logo or name included in festival feature promotions
  • Logo on apple distribution basket signage
  • Opportunity to distribute apples at the festival
  • Mention at Opening Ceremonies

Children’s Village Sponsor — $5,000 (1 available)

  • Logo or name included in Children’s Village promotions
  • Logo on event signage
  • Mention at Opening Ceremonies

Interested sponsors are required to apply by June 8th, 2026. All applications will be reviewed by the Applefest Steering Committee and sponsorships valued over $2,500 will also require approval by Council.

Applications are evaluated using a scoring rubric based on the following criteria:

  • Completeness of Application — Clear, complete information about your business or organization.
  • Alignment to Applefest — Shared values and a positive fit with the festival’s mission.
  • Community Impact — Connection to Brighton and demonstrated community involvement.
  • Communication Capacity — Ability to amplify Applefest messaging and promote your participation.
